How do I place an exchange/ return request?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange/ return
  • You will get a confirmation email once the request has been approved from our end. 


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts, discounted products, lifestyle products and custom orders or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • First Time Reverse Pickup & Exchange are Free for all customers.
  • Any subsequent exchanges incur a cost of Rs 200 for Reverse Pickup & Exchange Items to be sent.
  • Original shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my exchange/ store credits?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability of the product required in exchange.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credits against the purchased product will be added to your account.
  • The store credit will be valid across the website only for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Please ensure you have a proof of return in order to claim your exchange/ store credits. In case we don't receive your product despite your handling to the courier partner without proof, we won't be able to help you in exchange/ refund against the same.
