  • All purchases made under the any Sale promotion are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.
  • If you purchase a non-sale item with a sale item, exchange/return for non-sale item will be honoured.
  • To ensure efficient and timely delivery, your order may be shipped from two different warehouses. As a result, you might receive your items in separate shipments. Rest assured, we’re committed to ensuring all parts of your order reach you as quickly as possible.

Return and Exchange Policy During Glow Girl Sale

This ensure you get the best value for money, try on our products and fall in love with our premium quality and style and also, ensure fairness to our team, our workers and all other customers who bagged the product at full price.

      We request you to not force us to help you with exchanges or returns or refunds against orders bought on any kind of markdown to ensure a positive sale experience for every customer of ours.

  2. What if I receive a defective product?

    • Firstly, in such cases, we are always there to help.

Slashing down prices any further or offering any other service thats even barely chargeable does not justify the effort of our entire team and is beyond our policy of ethical work environment.
