Shipping Policy


  • What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping for all orders above INR 999/- within India is free. For all international orders from outside of India, orders below INR 35,000 (USD 465) will be charged INR 1,500 (USD 30). For all international orders above INR 35,000 (USD 465), the shipping will be free of cost.
  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?

We typically ship the the orders within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order, however, there are certain products that are made to order and may take upto 5 - 7 business days to be shipped. 

Our courier partners take from 5 - 7 working days to deliver the packages within India. However, if you are based out of tier I cities, you might receive it even sooner. If you place multiple orders with us, there's a possibility that they might arrive in multiple shipments.

For all international orders, it takes about 12 - 15 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

The delivery times are indicative, and, under certain circumstances might vary due to unexpected/ unavoidable reasons that are beyond our control. However, we will keep you posted.

  • Can I request for a speedy delivery?

In case you'd like for us to expedite your delivery, it can be done on chargeable basis.  Please drop in a line at and we will take care of the rest. Just so you know, in such cases as well, it might take upto 5 business days for the product to reach you. Please note that the estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary occasionally and such things are usually not under our control.

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to ensure your products to you within the estimated delivery times or even sooner. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on 9711690445 or write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

  • Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled. Your amount would be refunded to you.
  • We take about 10 - 15 days to ship international orders.
  • Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM only.

Cancellations/ Exchanges/ Refunds:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/ fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any such orders for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your card account.

In case you end up exchanging/ returning the product more than once against your original order INR 200 charges will be levied against reverse shipping and forward shipping of that order. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Svaya and accept The Svaya's decision regarding the cancellation.

Customs & Duties:

The customs and duties chargeable for international orders will be borne by the customer. As this is not under our control, we will not be able help you estimate the pricing/ charges before placing the order with us. We cannot assure you if an order would require an additional payment.

    Mailing hours:

    Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10:30AM to 6:30PM, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
