Return Exchange Policy

Please Note: when you make a purchase, it signifies that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Our return policy is very transparent, on each product page just below the Add To Cart button we clearly display if the item is returnable/exchangeable or not. Also, we refund you with store credits via gift-card only. Store credits are elligible for 6 months.

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refunds:

  • Purchases of items on Giveaways.
  • Purchases of Special/Customized Products or International orders.
  • Used products or products with missing original tags.

Return Exchange Terms & Conditions:

  1. The return or exchange status of each product is explicitly stated beneath the "Add to Cart" button on its respective product page.

  2. You can return or exchange a product within 7 days from the delivery date.

  3. Exchange limited to size or color with the same product or a product of lower value.

  4. We'll refund you with store credits via gift-card only. Store credits are elligible for 6 months.

  5. Please return the product in its original unused condition with tags and receipts. No returns or exchanges without them.

  6. Disclaimer: We offer only one time Free reverse pickup and forward shipping on return orders. Any multiple returns against your previous orders will be charged at INR 200 per cycle (forward or reverse). The amount will be deducted from your store credits.

  7. Shipping charges, COD charges and any additional charge are not refundable.

  8. If you return or exchange COD orders more than 3 times, we'll stop offering COD services, but you can use other payment methods.

  9. Once we receive your return or exchange request, we'll arrange a pickup within 24 hours. It takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.

  10. Only after checking the quality of the returned product, we'll transfer your store credits or send new exchanges. Please consider this timeframe.

  11. For exchange, after your return is accepted, a new request with exchanged product is automatically created and notified to you.

  12. Ask the pickup courier for a receipt as proof of product handover.

  13. If the returned product is spoiled, washed, damaged, worn, or used, we can't exchange it or issue store credits. It will be sent back to you as is.
