Disclaimer: We offer only one time FREE reverse pickup and forward shipping on return orders. Any multiple returns against your previous orders will be charged at INR 200 per cycle (forward or reverse). The amount will be deducted from your store credits.

The following items are not eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refunds:
- Purchases of items on SALE or Giveaways
- Purchases of Special/Customised Products
- International orders or those dispatched through International Shipping
- Used products or products with missing original tags

Return Terms & Conditions:
You can return a product within 7 days from the delivery date.
We'll refund you with store credits only. Store credits are eligible for 6 months
Please return the product in its original unused condition with tags and receipts. No returns will be accepted without them.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we'll issue store credits after deducting a shipping cost of INR 100 per order.
If you return COD orders more than 3 times, we'll stop offering COD services, but you can use other payment methods.
Once we receive your return request, an auto-generated pickup request will be shared with you within 24-48 hours.
- Please note if you fail to handover the return items to the assigned delivery partner more than thrice, your return request will be closed and we won't be able to process it further.
- We use third party courier services and do not have access to delivery partner information. Please check your SMS/ Whatsapp/ e-mail for these details as the courier company will be in touch with you directly with regards to the reverse pickup.
- It takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
Ask the pickup courier partner for a receipt as proof of product handover.
After checking the quality of the returned product, we'll transfer your store credits or send new exchanges. Please consider this timeframe.
If the returned product is spoiled, washed, damaged, worn, or used, we can't exchange it or issue store credits. It will be sent back to you as is.
