When will I get my delivery?
We dispatch the order within 1-2 working days from the date of receiving the order (except on Sundays). Under normal circumstances, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to be delivered. During the festive rush, the orders might take anywhere from 6-9 days.
How can I track my order?
For each order placed, there is a link that’s sent to you via email with the tracking information. In case you don’t find it in the inbox, the mail might land in your promotions or spam folder. Please use the shared link to track the orders. Do you offer COD?
Yes, we do offer COD for orders under INR 9999. However, Cash on Delivery is a chargeable service at an additional cost as levied to us by the shipping partners.
Can my piece(s) be customised? Are the customisations charged?
Yes, customisations can be done to any of our designs at no additional cost. However, if you are requesting additional features like increase in length, change in design, request additional detail like pockets, neckline changes, frills et cetera they will be charged at INR 200 per customisation.
Please note:
1. We won’t be able to offer any returns or exchanges on custom-made pieces. We leave ample amount of margin inside to ensure the piece fits you well and if at all needed, can be altered by a local tailor.
- Only prepaid orders will be accepted for customization. We will not be able to offer COD services for such orders.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Yes. We offer one-time free return pickup and offer returns against store credits. We also offer a one-time free exchange. Every subsequent exchange will be on a chargeable basis at a cost of INR 300 per exchange.
Please note: We offer exchanges and returns on pieces that are not bought during sale/ on discount. Any product purchased on discount will not be eligible for returns/ exchange. Returns are only against store credits.

What mode of payments are accepted?
We accept all modes of payments – Credit card, Debit card, UPI, Paytm, GPay. You can contact us in case you are experiencing any payment related issues.
