What should I do if the package is damaged or appears to be opened upon
delivery? If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly advise you to refuse the delivery and do not accept the package.
In case of any acceptance of such packages it is mandatory to share a video recording of the package before opening from all angles, and the opening video of the package before raising any concerns to us regarding the issue. Also, you are required to inform us within 48 hours so we can look into the issue at the earliest and offer you the best suitable resolution.
