Return Exchange Terms & Conditions:

You can return or exchange a product within 7 days from the delivery date.

Exchange is limited to size or color with the same product or a product of lower value.

We'll refund you with store credits via gift-card only. Store credits are eligible for 6 months.

Please return the product in its original unused condition with tags and receipts. No returns or exchanges without them.

Please note: You can return or exchange an item only once. Subsequent exchanges or returns on the same order/ order items will not be allowed. Any orders paid via Gift Card (full payment or partial) aren't eligible for exchanges or return either.

Shipping charges, COD charges and any additional charge are not refundable.

If you return or exchange COD orders more than 3 times, we'll stop offering COD services, but you can use other payment methods.

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we'll arrange a pickup within 24 -48 hours. It takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product. Please note this timeline. We only issue store credits once the item reaches our warehouse and is inspected by our quality checks team.

Only after checking the quality of the returned product, we'll transfer your store credits or send new exchanges. Please consider this timeframe.

For exchange, after your return is accepted, a new request with exchanged product is automatically created and notified to you.

Ask the pickup courier for a receipt as proof of product handover.
- In cases where you end up returning a non-Svaya product, our team will reach out to you to understand if you'd still like the original product to be Exchanged/ Returned. Should you agree, we will dispatch your incorrect item and align reversal again. However, please note this implies delays in processing your exchanges/returns. Also, in case we do not hear back from you within 2 days of receiving the wrong item, we will consider the request closed.
- During the return process if a customer hands over a wrong product (a product other than that of The Svaya), a shipping fee of INR 200 will be charged for forward shipment of the wrong product i.e. to ship the item back to you, INR 200 will be levied as forward shipping charges. In case even after this you'd like to exchange/ return your original Svaya order, a return fee of INR 200 will be applicable again. Alternatively, you can choose to courier the item to us via your personal courier partners, however, a written email with your order details and tracking link of the item shipped (with proof of courier charges borne by you) is required to avail your exchange/ return.
- If the returned product is spoiled, washed, damaged, worn, or used, we can't exchange it or issue store credits. It will be sent back to you as is.
